The Place is a 4400-square-foot building with two unisex bathrooms with private stall complete with two showers and a four-person sauna. Each bedroom is equipped with security door locks, queen size beds, wall-mounted TVs, private safes, personal refrigerators and a queen-sized bed with bedding and linen. High speed internet and all utilities are included as well. A large kitchen with new appliances and coin-operated washer and dryers are onsite as well. A large dining room table is available for meetings or to be used as additional workspace. There is also a shared Great Room with skylights, 4 working desks, and a lounging area to relax just outside each bedroom. In addition to the Great Room, The Place has a lobby area with a pool table, TV and seating area for visiting guests. There is also a private gym area. The Place’s live workspace also has sitting and gaming areas in the front and backyards. The backyard is equipped with a barbecue grill, outdoor table and chairs, and a small basketball court.
