Starting at Per Night
Each bedroom is equipped with security door locks, queen size beds, wall-mounted TVs, private safes, personal refrigerators and a queen-sized bed with bedding and linen. High speed internet and all utilities are included as well.
Events
The Place can be your venue of choice for events such as: weddings, receptions, bachelor/ette parties, birthday parties, baby showers family reunions, conferences, podcasts, and other special events.
Event Rates
Starting at $375/hour with a 2 hour minimum and $125 cleaning fee.
Rates are dependent on the type of event and total number of guests.
Event rates are separate from room rental rates.
Room Rates
$125 per night with two night minimum stay required.
Monthly rates at $1275.00 with 1 year lease.

Other things to note: Security cameras in all common areas
House Rules: Guest room workspace. Quiet enjoyment. No parties or loud noises. Noise levels will be monitored to ensure tranquility for the guests. No smoking or vaping.
