Ideal Event Venue

The Place is designed to be an innovative live-workspace where professional individuals can live and work in a unique shared safe place. The Place is a 4400-square-foot building with a 2160 square-foot front court yard and 3384 square-foot backyard. The Place has two unisex bathrooms with private stalls complete with two showers and a four-person sauna. This facility was recently remodeled to accommodate 6 individuals or 6 couples for a total of 12 maximum capacity in our 6-bedroom facility. Each bedroom is equipped with security door locks, wall-mounted TVs, private safes, personal refrigerators and queen-sized beds with bedding and linen. High speed internet and all utilities are included as well. A large kitchen with new appliances and coin-operated washer and dryer are onsite as well. A large dining room table is available for meetings or to be used as additional workspace. There is also a shared Great Room with skylights, 4 working desks, and a lounging area to relax just outside each bedroom. In addition to the Great Room, The Place has a lobby area with a pool table, TV and seating area for visiting guests. There is also a private gym area. The Place’s live workspace also has sitting and gaming areas in the front and backyards. The backyard is equipped with a barbecue grill, outdoor table and chairs, and a small basketball court. The Place is uniquely designed for wedding parties, private events, bachelor or bachelorette parties, family reunions , baby showers, or even small group conventions- any private event where a group of people can stay together at one location. The Place is also open to individual rentals for guests needing extended stays.
